GENERAL :

Welcome to WebsMakers Terms of Use agreement

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the WebsMakers. “You”, “Your” and
“Customer” refers to you, as a user of our Service.

Please review the following terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service,
you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be
bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety, you may not access or use our
Service.

REFUND & FREE SERVICE :

1. 10% to 20% give advance before starting product (Project/Website/App) development .
   It is also important that the full advance amount isn’t refundable.
2. Refundable amount = give amount – development cost. Means whatever amount you
   give us except advance amount refundable. But before cutting the cost of development
   or assets.
3. If you need an advance amount refundable, the same 2 rules follow cutting the cost of
   assets & development
4. If the project cost is Less than 10,000 1 day free service in this time period.
   If the project cost is greater than 10,000 2 day free service in this time period.
   If the project cost is greater than 50,000 3 day free service in this time period.

Note : In this time period you can check your product / project / website / app. If any part
is mission or not working we will solve this type of issue for free .

FORMAT OF PAY :

1. If pay 10% advance:
   
   a. 10% Advance or security amount.
   b. 25% First time seeing your product (Project/Website/App) start working or rst
   visit to the oce to see your product work or process of development.
   c. 40% check your product (Project /Website /App) for what is remaining or
   everything is ne or not.
   d. 25% after the end of the product (project / website / app). Also for hosting.
   
2. If pay 15% advance:
   
   a. 15% Advance or security amount.
   b. 25% First time seeing your product (Project/Website/App) start working or rst
   visit to the oce to see your product work or process of development.
   c. 40% check your product (Project /Website /App) for what is remaining or
   everything is ne or not.
   d. 20% after the end of the product (project / website / app). Also for hosting.
   
3. If pay 20% advance:
   a. 20% Advance or security amount.
   b. 35% First time seeing your product (Project/Website/App) start working or rst
   visit to the oce to see your product work or process of development.
   c. 35% check your product (Project /Website /App) for what is remaining or
   everything is ne or not.
   d. 10% after the end of the product (project / website / app). Also for hosting.
   

Note –

1. After discussion with client for image. the client said – ‘use online images’. If there is any
   copyright issue in the feature. WebsMakers (Mr. Brajesh Saini) will not be responsible.
   WebsMakers (Mr. Brajesh Saini) already informed about copyright images.

All POINTS END / DEADLINE TIME END :

Means if all points are done of your project (for ex. In this project we have 01 to 260 points). It
means your project is done. And no need to take your project deadline time (here time is days
or months) For ex. If this project takes a month (30 to 31 days) and you project all points done
within 15 to 20 days it means your project is completed. So the remaining days are not counted.
If you project done before deadline time. If you project all points completed within 30 to 31 days.
WebsMakers (Mr. Brajesh Saini) works on this project as a points base of projects if point done
it means your project is done. If not then your project will continue in the working process.
But Client Will Have 2 Days For Testing After Completed Project If Any Issue Will Come It
will be Solved.

UPDATE AND MODIFY TERMS AND CONDITION :

We may at any time modify the Terms and conditions without any prior notification to you.
You should regularly review the Terms and Conditions on this site
